These are general operating terms and should be read with the final written quote for your trip.
Quotes and confirmation
A submitted request is not a confirmed booking. Vehicle, driver, schedule and final fare are confirmed by Phoenix dispatch. Rates may vary by route, season, availability and vehicle substitution.
Garage-to-garage calculation
Unless stated otherwise in the written quote, duty time and kilometres are calculated from the vehicle’s operating garage until its return.
Local and outstation use
Local packages such as 4 hours / 40 km and 8 hours / 80 km are billed with extra hours and kilometres when exceeded. Outstation journeys may carry a daily minimum kilometre charge.
Additional costs
Tolls, parking, state taxes, permits, entry fees, night halt and Driver Allowance are additional unless specifically included in the confirmed quote.
Drivers and vehicles
All rentals are chauffeur driven. Phoenix may provide a comparable replacement vehicle or driver when operationally necessary, while prioritising safety and capacity.
Cancellation
Cancellation fees depend on notice, trip type, vehicle class and committed operating costs. Dispatch will state the applicable terms with the quote; refunds, where approved, are processed to the original payment method.
Passenger responsibility
Passengers must follow safety instructions and applicable law. Cleaning, damage or extraordinary waiting costs caused during the hire may be added after review.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian law and disputes are subject to the appropriate courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
