We collect the name, phone number, optional email, pickup and destination details, travel dates, passenger count, vehicle preference, messages and booking history needed to respond to and operate a trip.
How we use it
Details are used for quotations, dispatch, driver and vehicle assignment, customer support, billing, safety, record keeping and service improvement. We do not sell customer information.
Who receives it
Relevant trip details may be shared with assigned drivers and service providers only as needed to complete the journey or meet legal obligations.
Storage and retention
Booking and billing records are retained only as long as reasonably required for operations, accounting, disputes and applicable law. Access is limited to authorised staff.
